The weather since late July has been great, most days in the high 70’s or early 80’s, although today, we have had some rain. We now have four bore-holes, two for the Adega, and two for the Quinta. One of the two will be for water, and the other for geo-thermal heating and cooling. We should soon have the bore-holes tested for flow, although the drillers seem confident that we have plenty of water.
The builders are currently on holiday, we are not sure if it’s for one week or two. they have a solid roof on the Adega, just waiting for the tiles and the top floor is on the Quinta. So we expect that by the end of September most of the structural work will be done.
