We could see snow on the mountains from our balcony, so we decided to go and have a closer look. The last village had a flashing road sign saying road closed, but we carried on and soon were in a real blizzard. Eventually we came to a barrier and had to stop, the snow eased a bit and we were able to see some beautiful views, but boy was it cold!
