The tiles are going on the roof of the Quinta, and the internal walls are all up on the second floor. The two bedroom apartment in the Adega now has walls, and we have agreed the layout of the one bedroom apartments.
We have spent the last week finalising the various layouts and looking at tiles and bathroom fittings. We are hoping to have a pump on one of the boreholes this week to check the flow rate. Apparently we need a flow of 40 cubic metres per 24 hours to run the geo-thermal heating and cooling and the water needs for the whole complex.
